The removal of dolomite from collophane using reverse flotation process enhanced by compound collector

چکیده

To improve the magnesia removal effect of collophane and increase P2O5 grade phosphorus concentrate, fatty acid collector mixed with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was used as compound in reverse flotation for system. Solution surface tension measurement, Zeta potential test infrared spectrum analysis were conducted to analyze intensified dolomite removal. The results showed that under conditions grinding fineness -0.074 mm accounted 89.8%, sulfuric dosage 12.0 kg/t, phosphoric 3.0 SDS proportion 3%, 1.0 concentrate is increased from 25.7% 29.94%. can reduce slurry, which conducive formation stability foam. became negative due adsorbed on mineral surface. Moreover, -CH2 antisymmetric stretching vibration peak originated detected after interaction collectors dolomite. effectively dolomite, enhancing magnesium collophane.
